The reception are usually overwhelmed certain days but the surgery runs a call back service for the doctors which can book an appointment if they feel they need to see you that day.

The surgery and flu clinics are always run well organised.

I had an accident, and needed after care, which GalletlyMedical Centre were brilliant looking after me. To change dressings through the week as it wasn’t healing as it should be. Every one I saw were really kind and helpful. Excellent Service!

I personally can’t think of anything, as my treatment and waiting time was Excellent!

Went to get my flu and COVID jabs. The whole process was extremely quick and efficient. Arrived 5 mins early for my appointment and was back in my car before my actual appointment time. Excellent staff - from the person who showed me to the waiting area, receptionist and doctor giving my jabs.
